People always need quality homes.

The UK faces a significant shortage of affordable housing, with only 50,000 affordable homes built annually—just a third of the 145,000 needed. Shelter reports 1.2 million people on the social housing waitlist and 309,000 classified as homeless, including 104,000 households and 131,000 children in temporary or unsuitable accommodation.

We aim to address this crisis by accelerating the development of sustainable, affordable housing. Partnering with Homes England and the Greater London Authority, we’re committed to delivering homes that strengthen communities and promote social impact.
